EGF Affiliated Expert Benyamin POGHOSYAN published a new article on “What Next for Karabakh after the Munich Security Conference” with The Armenian Mirror Spectator. He concluded: “Instead of convincing Armenia to accept Azerbaijani maximalist demands, the international community should focus on preventing the outbreak of large-scale hostilities. In this context, the emphasis should be on confidence-building measures, including the creation of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism, similar to the mechanism created after the 2008 Russia – Georgia war”.
