EGF Affiliated Expert Benyamin POGHOSYAN published a new article on “Azerbaijani State System Should Be Changed Fundamentally” with The Armenian Weekly. He concluded: “[…] substantial reforms in Azerbaijan will take years, if not decades, to transform the country and bring it closer to basic democratic standards.
