EGF Affiliated Expert Benyamin POGHOSYAN has published a new article on commonspace.eu on “An international presence in Nagorno-Karabakh will be required for a considerable time”. He concluded that: “Currently, the only viable alternative to the geopolitical battles accompanying every extension of the Russian peacekeepers' mandate in Nagorno Karabakh is the possible deployment of an EU mission in Nagorno Karabakh. The EU mission does not require UN SC or OSCE approval. It needs only agreement from Armenia and Azerbaijan and the decision of the European Council. READ MORE
