EGF Affiliated Expert Benyamin POGHOSYAN was quoted by “Der Spiegel” in a recent article on “Why Armenia Can't Free Itself from Moscow”. He said: “I fear that if Armenia angers the Russian leadership, it will have a negative impact.[…] No Western power will be willing to provide Armenia with military support that goes beyond arms deliveries.
