EGF Affiliated Expert Benyamin POGHOSYAN was quoted in an article on “Humiliated by Azerbaijan, Armenia tacks towards the West” by The Economist. He said: “The West most probably will not give hard security guarantees to Armenia, and I believe everyone understands this—Russia, the West, Pashinyan and Azerbaijan.
