EGF Affiliated expert Benyamin POGHOSYAN has recently published with “The Armenian Mirror Spectator” a new op-ed on “Azerbaijan’s Foreign Policy Strategy in the Post-September 2023 Period”. He concluded: “As military balance continues to be in favour of Azerbaijan, despite recent armament purchase deals by Armenia, the Armenian government should realistically assess the capacities and willingness of its different foreign partners to deter new Azerbaijani aggression and make its foreign policy decisions based on those calculations.
