EGF Affiliated Expert Benyamin Poghosyan has published a new comment on “Biden's G-moment should not be interpreted as a shift in US policy towards the South Caucasus” for Commonspace.eu. He argued that although president Biden's use of the word "genocide" was a significant moral victory for the Armenian people, the geostrategic implications for the South Caucasus should not be exaggerated. In the complex web of current US-Turkey relations, this is only one of the available tools, and points of contention. It will not ruin bilateral relations between the US and Turkey, but it will make president Erdogan's domestic agenda more problematic. READ MORE.
