EGF Affiliated Expert Benyamin Poghosyan has recently published an op-ed on “The Mess along the Goris–Kapan Highway: Reasons and Implications” for the “Armenian Weekly”. He noted: “Currently, Syunik presents an interesting situation. It hosts armed forces and police units of three countries – Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia.
