He concluded that: "For its part, in order to prevent any kind of cooperation between Russia and China, the West must maximize its relations with China and pursue a policy of "soft power." For example, Washington should resume talks with Beijing on reducing or abolishing tariffs on various types of Chinese products imported into the US, while the EU should facilitate the implementation of the One Belt-One Road and TRACECA projects as soon as possible".
