The EU welcomes the pardoning of former Ukrainian Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko, the EU high representative for foreign affairs and security policy, Catherine Ashton, and the EU commissioner for enlargement and neighborhood policy, Stefan Fule, said on 8 April 2013.
