Russian conglomerate Sistema (SSAq.L) (AFKS.MM) said on Monday a Russian court had "arrested" shares it owns, including in the country's biggest mobile operator MTS (MBT.N), in a legal dispute with oil company Rosneft (ROSN.MM).
