India, Russia likely to sign many agreements New Delhi, Dec 14 : India and Russia are likely to sign over half a dozen agreements in sectors like defence, health, science and technology, tourism, trade, counter terrorism, maritime piracy and energy, including hydrocarbons, civil nuclear energy and renewables during the two-day visit of the Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh to Moscow beginning on December 15.
