Estonian state-owned energy company Eesti Energia has purchased 90% of bio-energy producer Valkas bioenergijas kompanija shares, newspaper Dienas Bizness reports. Valkas bioenergijas kompanija was renamed Enefit Power&Heat Valka yesterday.
