Russia says four-way talks on Ukraine must foster internal dialogue

Russia told the West on Wednesday that four-way talks between representatives of Ukraine, Russia, the United States and European Union must focus on fostering dialogue among Ukrainians and not on bilateral relations among the participants.

U.S. accuses Russian agents of stirring eastern Ukraine unrest

Czech leader says NATO could offer troops to Ukraine if Russia goes beyond Crimea

China warns U.S. not to meddle in Hong Kong over democratic reform

China has cautioned the United States not to interfere in Hong Kong affairs after Vice President Joseph Biden met two prominent pro-democracy advocates who have warned of Beijing's tightening control of the territory, state news agency Xinhua said.

ECB to use all methods needed to fight prolonged low inflation

U.S. warns China not to try Crimea-style action in Asia

China should not doubt the U.S. commitment to defend its Asian allies and the prospect of economic retaliation should also discourage Beijing from using force to pursue territorial claims in Asia in the way Russia has in Crimea, a senior U.S. official said on Thursday.
