Turkey's Erdogan sees signs of new wave of migrants from Syria's Aleppo

Iran's Khamenei conditionally approves nuclear deal with powers

China says South China Sea lighthouses not meant to alter 'status quo'

Putin says Russia stepping up fight on terrorism after Syria strikes

President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday Russia had foiled 20 militant attacks this year and was stepping up efforts to root out domestic terrorism, almost three weeks after launching air strikes against Islamist fighters in Syria.
