NATO considers Kazakhstan as key partner in Central Asia

The NATO leadership considers Kazakhstan as a key regional security partner in Central Asia. This opinion was expressed by NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai at the meeting with the Head of Kazakh Mission to the NATO, Ambassador Erik Utembayev, Kazinform reported.

Iran building industrial district in Tajikistan

Iran and Tajikistan signed a joint agreement on economic co-operation, Head the campaign for the construction of industrial estates "Xorasan Razavi", relating to the Organization of small businesses and industrial parks of Iran, Ali Soleimani said, IRNA reported.

Iran expected to reject proposal for nuclear fuel swap

Iran is likely to reject the offer to replace uranium enrichment with nuclear fuel, as it already produces it, according to a report in an Iranian newspaper quoting officials in the country’s nuclear agency.

Joint statement of Azerbaijani, Turkish, Iranian FMs made public

Following the meeting, which discussed the regional ties and projects, the statement was passed in Nakhchivan.
Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov expressed confidence that this meeting will prepare the ground for further cooperation between the three countries.

Iranian ambassador to Azerbaijan
