Thus, we plan to hold an international festival on 1-7 May in the heart of the mountains to make it more attractive, to share the festive mood with locals and foreign guests, as well as to increase the tourist potential of the oasis. We will try to introduce everyone to a rich programme of folklore and ethnographic groups, national sports games and other various performances, as well as to widely publicise the performances of domestic and foreign performers who will take part in the festival's viewing contest, and generally hold such a grand event at a high artistic level. On the first day of the festival, an international scientific and practical conference will be held in Termez. The programme of the folklore art festival will also include an exhibition of national dishes and handicrafts, concert programmes by regional folklore groups, balloon launching and a drone show. Special attention will be paid to the performances of folklorists of our capital. It is planned to hold a bicycle marathon along the roads of the shrine "Hojamaykhana" in the mountainous region, organise trips to tourist sites such as the healing spring "Omonkhona", shrines of Khoja Sultan Vali, Kamari Aziz, Hojakuchkar-ata, recreation areas Zovboshi, Kyzyl Canyon, archeological and historical monuments of the region. Kites will also be flown, tug-of-war, kurash, ulak-kupkari and other competitions will be organised. So far, famous folklore ensembles from such countries as Great Britain, Belgium, Israel, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Romania, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates and India have expressed their desire to take part in the international contest.
