Work experience June 1992-December 1992 – director for the Centre of Psychogenic, Neurological and Psychosomatic Diseases (Baku, Azerbaijan). April 1993-July 1993 – head of the foreign relations department at the presidential administration and Special Presidential Envoy on talks with Armenia over the war conflict.
