Elena Medvedeva – senior energy policy officer, joined Gasunie Representation in Russia in 2010, previously worked in the Russian Institute for Energy and Finance as the deputy head of energy department, have been also working in the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels as the seconded expert in the Department of Investment and Energy Efficiency. Previously was actively involved into international energy projects development and implementation as the senior projects manager while have been working in the Foundation for East-West Cooperation, Moscow, starting early 90-es. The main area of activity nowadays is the energy regulation and energy policy issues in particular devoted to the international cooperation in the gas business.
