Marcelina Golebiewska – an analyst of Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States at Warsaw-based Polskie Gornictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (Polish Oil and Gas Company).

Ph. D. student at the Collegium of World Economy at the Warsaw School of Economics (the subject of her Ph.D. dissertation has been accepted by the Academic Committee in 2007).
She graduated from postgraduate and doctoral studies at the Collegium of World Economy at the Warsaw School of Economics.
She obtained a Master’s degree at the faculty of Russian philology at the University of Warsaw.
During the years 2006-2008 she worked as management board’ adviser and analyst of the gas markets in Poland and the former Soviet Union countries at two Polish consulting companies, the Institute of Energy Strategies and the Institute of Energy Studies.
In years 2000-2006 she published multiple articles on oil and gas sector in a Polish economic monthly magazine “Nowy Przemysl”.
In years 2005-2006 she worked as an expert for a Polish think tank The Sobieski Institute.
