On November 24-26, EGF Director, Dr. Marat Terterov, participated in a the Euro-Maghreb Forum, in Malta

On November 24-26, EGF Director, Dr. Marat Terterov, participated in a the Euro-Maghreb Forum, in Malta, where his key message to forum delegates was that we should not assume that political and economic transition will necessarily work in all regions at all times. The fact that political transition to democracy in Latin America (1980s) or Eastern Europe (1990s) has taken place, does not necessarily means that the same phenomenon will occur in the Middle East and North Africa.
